    We ship only Papaver rhoeas (Common Field Poppy) dried pods and stems. This species is classified as an ornamental plant in the EU and contains no opiates.
    We do NOT ship Papaver somniferum (Opium Poppy) under any circumstances.

    US Shipping Restrictions: We do NOT ship to states where all Papaver species are restricted. You are responsible for knowing your local laws. Current blocked states. All US orders include a phytosanitary certificate and customs declaration: Dried Papaver rhoeas flowers – ornamental – HS Code 0604.90.

We DO NOT ship to: Any country where Papaver rhoeas is prohibited. If your order is blocked by customs, you will be notified. All insured packages do not get blocked by customs. Ship From Austria

  1. Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding Austrian and UK public holidays.
    During harvest season Aug-Sep, processing may take up to 4 business days. You’ll be notified by email.
  2. Shipping Rates
    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Austria: €4.90 flat rate. Free over €50.
  • EU: From €9.90. Free over €100.
  • Worldwide: Calculated live via DHL Express.
  1. Packaging
    Products are packaged in discreet kraft paper bags or cardboard boxes. No external labels reference “poppy pods.” Return address shows: [Märzstraße 168/3 1140 Wien Austria], Austria.
    All international orders include a phytosanitary certificate issued by the Austrian Plant Protection Service.
  2. Tracking & Delivery
    All orders receive tracking via email once shipped. You must sign for DHL Express orders over €150.
    We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or incorrect addresses.
  3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
    EU customers: No customs fees. Price includes 20% Austrian VAT.
    Non-EU customers: You may be charged import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees by your country. These are not included in our price and are your responsibility.
    We declare all items accurately: “Dried Papaver rhoeas – ornamental flowers – HS 0604.90”. Misdeclaration to avoid customs is illegal and we will not do it.
  4. Lost, Damaged, or Seized Packages
  • Lost: If tracking shows no movement for 21+ days, contact us. We’ll file a claim and reship or refund.
  • Damaged: Photo proof within 48h of delivery required for replacement.
  • Seized by Customs: If customs confiscates your package due to local laws, we will refund or reship. By ordering, you confirm Papaver rhoeas is legal to import in your location. We reserve the right to cancel orders to high-risk destinations.
