  3. We sell ONLY _Papaver rhoeas (Common Field Poppy / Corn Poppy).
  4. Species contains no opiates and is classified as an ornamental plant in the EU.
  5. Use: Decorative, crafting, floristry only. NOT for human or animal consumption.
  6. We do NOT sell _Papaver somniferum or any controlled substances.••
  7. Eligibility
    You must be:
  8. 18+ years old
  9. Legally able to import Papaver rhoeas in your country/state
  10. Using products for lawful purposes only

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of violating these terms.

  1. Orders & Pricing
  2. Prices: EUR, include 20% Austrian VAT for EU customers
  3. Payment: Apple Pay, Card via Stripe. No crypto due to chargeback risk.
  4. Order acceptance: We may refuse any order. Confirmation email ≠ acceptance. Contract forms when we ship.
  5. Errors: If price error occurs, we’ll contact you to cancel or pay correct price.
  6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
    See Shipping Policy. Risk transfers to you once carrier accepts package. We’re not liable for customs seizure if P. rhoeas is restricted in your region.
  7. Prohibited Uses
    You may NOT use this site or products to:
  8. Violate any law, including import of controlled substances
  9. Imply our P. rhoeas is P. somniferum or has narcotic effects
  10. Resell for consumption purposes
  11. Scrape data or launch cyberattacks
